Great question! The heart of Forest Immersion is to create intentional time in nature to find balance, peace and healing. Each immersion session is unique, but all will include walking, guided reflections, individual time to connect deeper with nature and a time to drink tea and share our experiences together.

Nothing required, but past participants have brought a water bottle, a blanket to sit on, a journal and pen to document thoughts. I highly recommend wearing layers as the weather can vary by location and time of day.
