How is an Intensive different from regular therapy?

An intensive offers dedicated, uninterrupted time to focus fully on your relationship, away from life’s daily distractions. It’s a powerful way to spark transformation in just a few hours—progress that often takes much longer in traditional therapy.

What can we expect?

An intensive lasts between 4 hours, with regular breaks built in for rest and reflection. The experience combines guided conversation between the two of you, times of individual reflection, hands-on practice of new skills and building appreciation and trust as a couple. Intensives can be scheduled according to your preferences and the location is flexible—it can be in your home, a quiet workspace or other safe and inviting environment.
